The granulator cutter must be kept clean regularly. Unpainted parts should be coated with anti-rust grease to prevent rust and oxidation. 4. When the granulator cutter is centered, the center line of the cutter coincides with the center line of the gear blank. The cutting points M1 and M2 of the cutter teeth on the left and right sides are symmetrical, and the intersection point P1 of the meshing line is on the center line of the cutter and the gear blank. At this time, the cutting points forming the edge angle are symmetrically distributed on the left and right sides of the gear end face, and the edge angle values DH corresponding to the left and right sides of the tooth profile are completely equal and symmetrical.
