The rack features a reinforced design, with the entire unit weighing approximately one ton. It boasts high mechanical strength and ensures stable equipment operation. The surface is finished with baked paint, and the equipment has the following external dimensions: 180 cm in length, 125 cm in width, and 180 cm in height.
Power unit: Equipped with a German-brand SEW motor and gearbox, featuring a 15KW motor, Delta frequency inverter for speed control, and direct-drive transmission—resulting in low noise, smooth operation, and high efficiency.
Electrical components are sourced from the German brand Schneider; solenoid valves and cylinders are supplied by the Taiwanese brand AirTac.
Production Capacity: Maximum of 56 material strips, adjustable traction speed up to 120 m/min, granulation output MAX 2000 kg/h, and standard pellet size of 3 x 3 mm.
Control Panel: Wired speed display; the control signal can be interlocked with the extruder for protective shutdown in case of material blockage.
The feed inlet is made of 304 stainless steel, featuring a uniquely optimized structure that prevents material buildup and automatically recovers any spilled granules.
The top cover of the pelletizer is secured by a cylinder and features a safety device that prevents accidental opening, ensuring noise levels are kept to a minimum.
Granulation Chamber: The part in contact with the material strips is made of imported rubber, while the rest—including all other components—is crafted from 304 stainless steel. The chamber features a modular design, making operation straightforward and easy.

Professionally designed for the拉条 cooling granulation process, this system features a SEW motor, Delta frequency inverter, and SKF bearings. The moving and stationary blades are easily adjustable, ensuring zero material leakage or buildup throughout the machine. Additionally, the pelletizing process delivers precise cutting, making it ideal for PP, PA, PBT, PC, ABS, and PS/ABS products.
