1. When the granulator cutter is working normally, its water temperature should generally be around 50-60℃. If the water temperature is too low, it is easy to break the strips; if it is too high, it is easy to cause sticking. When starting the machine, it is best to add half of the hot water. If this is not possible, manually feed water into the granulator for a period of time during granulation, and wait until the water temperature rises before allowing it to automatically granulate to avoid breakage. If the water temperature exceeds 60℃, cold water needs to be added to the internal circulation to maintain the temperature. 2. When the plastic granulator cutter is cutting, the strip must be evenly pulled before entering the feed roller, otherwise the granulator will be damaged. 3. The granulator cutter must be kept clean regularly. Unpainted parts should be coated with anti-rust grease to prevent rust and oxidation. 4. When the granulator cutter is centered, the center line of the cutter coincides with the center line of the gear blank. The cutting points M1 and M2 of the cutter teeth on the left and right sides are symmetrical, and the intersection point P1 of the meshing line is on the center line of the cutter and the gear blank. At this time, the cutting points forming the edge angle are symmetrically distributed on the left and right sides of the gear end face, and the edge angle values DH corresponding to the left and right sides of the tooth profile are completely equal and symmetrical.
