Control system parameters directly affect the performance of the entire machine; unauthorized personnel are not permitted to modify these parameters.
Maintenance personnel must be operated by trained and qualified individuals.
The control cabinet is energized and must be operated only by qualified electricians.
The emergency stop switch is used for immediate shutdown; during operation, you must turn off the main power supply and close the main air line valve.
To prevent electric shock, it is strictly prohibited to modify or dismantle the frequency converter yourself—otherwise, there is a risk of electrocution.
Non-electrical construction professionals should not perform maintenance, inspections, or component replacements, as this could result in the risk of electric shock.
Installation, wiring, repair, inspection, and component replacement must be performed by qualified professionals.
Please do not remove the inverter's cover or touch the printed circuit board while the equipment is powered on, as this could result in electric shock.
To prevent fire, before powering on, please confirm that the granulator's rated voltage matches the actual power supply voltage—voltage fluctuations should not exceed ±5%.

Tools required for equipment assembly and maintenance

1. One set of national standard hexagon wrenches (2.5–14).
2. One set of national standard external hexagon open-end wrenches (5.5–32)
3. One set of external circlip pliers.
4. One internal retaining ring plier.

A 6,500 x 500 x 10 mm thick rubber sheet.

Use and Maintenance of the Rubber Roller Holder Assembly

Daily Use of the Rubber Roller Holder Assembly

The rubber roller frame assembly can be removed individually from the pelletizer body for cleaning and maintenance. After cleaning and maintenance are completed, make sure to reinsert it correctly! When placing the rubber roller frame back into the machine, ensure that the curved surface of the side panel faces downward. If the rubber roller frame is not inserted in the correct orientation, it could lead to damage to both the roller frame and the moving blade!

The gap between the rubber roller and the traction roller (fluted roller) can be adjusted using the adjusting screws on the rubber roller holder. The specific method is as follows:

1. Disconnect the power supply to the entire machine.
2. Clean out any residual materials inside the machine.
3. Properly place the rubber roller holder into the machine body.
4. Loosen the M8 nut on the rubber roller holder adjustment screw, fully unscrewing the screw so that the rubber roller makes complete contact with the pattern roller.
5. Before pressing the rubber rollers, adjust the two roller holder screws by aligning the top of the screws with the scraper holder. If you turn the screws downward, the gap will increase. Ensure that the gaps on both sides of the rubber rollers and the patterned rollers are consistent; otherwise, the material strip may shift to one side.
6. After adjusting the clearance properly, tighten the M8 nut securely.
