II. Feature Overview

The series of large-scale vertical mixing machines utilizes a spiral mixing mechanism: materials fed into the hopper are conveyed upward through a spiral spindle to the top of the drum, where they cascade down in an umbrella-like pattern—continuously circulating and thoroughly blending to achieve uniform mixing.

The series of large-scale vertical mixers features automatic operation timing, overload protection, material-feeding limit alarms, and more. They also boast advantages such as compact footprint, high capacity, low power consumption, reduced labor requirements, easy operation, and quick, uniform mixing. These mixers are widely applicable for tasks including blending and homogenizing plastic pellets, crushed materials, plastic sheets, both new and recycled plastics, as well as color masterbatch additives.

4. Mixing Instructions:

This machine is suitable for blending and homogenizing recycled materials, granules, as well as materials like ABS, PP, and PC.

For products with poor encapsulation and adhesion, powdering is likely to occur, making them unsuitable for use with fiber-reinforced materials, nylon, or powdered additives. Additionally, reinforcing agents may pose a risk of puncturing the container walls.

5. Equipment Usage and Installation Instructions

This series of machines features a vertical, upright design, with a large-diameter barrel standing 2 to 6 meters tall. When installing this equipment, it’s best to have access to machinery such as loaders, forklifts, or cranes, to prevent accidents or accidental contact with the barrel that could cause deformation.

1. Please connect the power cord and ground wire properly before using this device;

2. The motor must operate in the direction indicated by the arrow;

3. After connecting the power cord, first run the machine without load. If it operates in reverse, simply swap the positions of any two of the three live wires.

4. This machine uses channel steel as upright posts, and each post is equipped with a base at the bottom. Users should ensure the machine is installed on a stable surface before securing it with screws, to prevent vibrations during operation.

6. Equipment Usage Instructions

1. After the machine has been properly installed, perform a test run before first use to check the motor's direction of rotation, listen for any unusual noises during operation, and ensure smooth, stable运转.

2. Once the no-load trial run confirms everything is operating normally, proceed with the pre-feeding inspection and verification work.

A. Clean the inner walls of the machine to ensure no debris contaminates the raw materials;

B. The machine's upper and lower bearings have already been lubricated with grease at the factory, but customers should maintain them according to the manufacturer's recommended usage guidelines—specifically, oiling is required once a month in principle.

C. Ensure the valve at the discharge port of the drum is in the closed position;

D. Confirm that the scrap removal port gate is in the closed position;

E. Ensure the inlet door on the drum is in the closed position;

3. Once the above inspection work is completed, material feeding can begin. The machine's feeding hopper is equipped with a protective cover, primarily designed to: ① ensure operator safety; ② isolate large-sized materials; ③ hold the magnetic rack in place.

4. After adding the materials, you can start the motor and set the mixing time according to the specific gravity of each raw material and the actual loading amount.

A. Recommended mixing time for granular materials: After adding all the ingredients, continue stirring in a循环 mode for another 30 to 60 minutes.

B. Recommended mixing time for crushed materials: After all ingredients are added, continue stirring in a循环 mode for another 60 to 90 minutes.

C. Recommended stirring time for adding color powder: After all ingredients are added, continue stirring in a循环 mode for another 30–60 minutes (please lightly spray with white mineral oil to keep the mixture moist).

5. Please do not fill the container to the brim; it's best to keep it about 90% full to avoid compromising mixing quality and extending its lifespan.

6. Once the raw materials are thoroughly mixed, they can be discharged from the left and right outlets, while the cleaning port is used to remove any remaining un-discharged materials.

7. If mixing materials with different specific gravities, please increase the stirring time accordingly;

8. If you need to change colors, please clean the mixing bucket using an air gun and a clean mop. If you rinse it directly with water, be sure to dry it thoroughly afterward—either by wiping or allowing it to air dry.

9. If the machine is not used for an extended period, please turn off the main power supply;

Equipment Usage Precautions

1. The feed port guard is a protective device—please do not remove it;

2. Absolutely no manual cleaning of residual materials from the cleaning port while the machine is in operation;

3. If the control switch for the scrap material cleaning port is damaged, please replace it immediately to prevent accidents.

4. When climbing a tall ladder, please prioritize safety and be sure to disconnect all power sources.

5. When working on the bucket lid, please fasten your safety belt to ensure safety;

6 Metal components or large materials can easily cause damage to the screw shaft;

10. Warranty Terms and Conditions

During the warranty period, if any of the following situations occur, you will not be eligible for free repair services.

1. Malfunctions caused by improper use or external factors as specified in the instruction manual are not covered under the free warranty.

2. If payment is not made as stipulated in the contract or verbal agreement, the customer shall bear full responsibility for any consequences affecting commissioning and after-sales warranty services.

3. After the warranty period, any additional repair services for other damages or malfunctions will incur charges for both the cost of spare parts and a reasonable labor fee, as well as travel expenses where applicable.

4. This series of machines has a relatively large physical size, making transportation and installation less convenient. In particular, it is difficult to pack them in wooden crates during transit. If there is any minor damage that affects the machine's appearance but does not impair its production or operational performance, our company will not be responsible for replacement or compensation; however, free repairs will be provided.

5. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation for all terms outlined in this manual.
