It efficiently integrates four core functions: odor removal, material drying, material homogenization, and storage. This significantly streamlines the production process, eliminating the need for multiple, dispersed pieces of equipment in a confined workshop—saving space while reducing energy consumption associated with equipment movement and minimizing the risk of material loss.

The system's core tank (with a volume ranging widely from 4,000L to 10,000L) and its associated components can be flexibly customized according to customers' specific material properties, processing techniques, and capacity requirements.

● Single-tank system: Suitable for scenarios with simpler processing procedures or lower production capacity requirements.

● Dual-can/Multi-can Series: Suitable for scenarios requiring physical separation of different processing stages (such as pre-homogenization, deep heating for odor removal, and cooling) or aiming for higher processing efficiency and continuous production, enabling optimized batch processing times.

 

Strengthening uniformization and efficient desorption


● Integrated High-Efficiency Heating Cylinder: Set up a heating cylinder at the homogenization bin to deliver uniform, controllable thermal energy, enabling penetrating heating of the material.

● Integrated Negative-Pressure Feeding System: The negative-pressure feeding system uses a fan to create negative pressure within the material storage bin, leveraging the resulting air pressure difference to draw materials from the feed inlet through a sealed pipeline into the bin. After the material is conveyed, it is discharged into downstream equipment either by gravity or via mechanical devices such as pneumatic butterfly valves.

● Full-process closed loop: This design ensures that, during the dynamic circulation and homogenization process, drying and advanced odor-removal treatments are completed simultaneously, while also supporting subsequent cooling and packaging requirements—laying a solid foundation for the final product quality.
